Fresh Fire CCI and her consulting firm were originally founded in 1992 by Dr. Nica Holland.

Ms. Holland always had a passion to be involved in the community and helping others in every way, shape, and form. And she did just that. By offering a variety of liaison services, Ms. Holland has become a primary source of help for all walks of life. She’s spent the last 20 years working with countless individuals and community partners, such as, civilians, all branches of the military, veterans and their families, ministry leaders and staff, different businesses small and large, even as far as working with city and state officials to better the community around us.

Ms. Holland did not want to just limit her services to just one thing, so over the years, she perfected her craft thru education, experience, and hands on applications to what we have today. The main services that she offers are counseling services, real estate and concierge assistance, business consultations, and ministry leadership.

In the midst of Covid-19, Ms. Holland decided to officially setup business in Copperas Cove, Tx. She launched her brick and mortar location in January 2021. Ms. Holland worked with various community programs, such as the Copperas Cove EDC, Copperas Cove Chamber of Commerce, Copperas Cove/Temple/Killeen ISD, Children’s Advocacy of Central Texas, multiple donors and sponsors, along with various other organizations, businesses, and churches alike.
